Nowicki's Grilled Beef Tri-Tip

These USDA CHOICE Beef Tri-Tips are seasoned by Nowicki's with
a blend of spices including cracked black peppers, garlic and paprika.
*Start by taking  Nowicki's Marinated Beef Tri-Tip out of the refrigerator
     about 1 hour before grilling .
*Preheat your grill on high heat, brush grate of grill lightly with cooking oil.
*Place meat, starting with fat side up, directly over heat for 5 minutes on each side to
     lock in the juices. 
*Move meat to area of grill with indirect heat, cooking on medium high heat for 35- 45
     minutes until a internal temperature of 145 degrees for medium rare, 150 degrees
     for medium.
*Ideally you should only flip this piece of meat once on the grill.
     This cut of meat is best not over cooked.
*After grilling, let meat rest, at least 10 minutes before slicing.
