DEEEEEELISH and the whole family loved it!!!

 A fun creation made with "Nowicki's Tuscan Chicken Brats"

  Serves ~4

 4 Tuscan Chicken Brats with casings removed.
 1/2 Small onion

 1 can tomatoes with chilies
 1 cup frozen spinach or equal fresh spinach
 3 cups chicken broth
 2 cups pasta (I used Rotini)
 1 Small block MontyJack cheese shredded
, Salt, & Pepper


*Add onions and broken up sausage into a pan and cook until onions are soft

 *Add in tomato and chilies, chicken broth,

    frozen spinach (drained) (if using fresh spinach wait till later to add in)

*Pasta, garlic, salt and pepper to taste

*Make sure all pasta is covered in liquid then cover pot and bring to a boil

*Once boiling reduce to simmer until pasta is done.

   (I uncovered half way through to let extra liquid evaporate out.)

*Stir occasionally so pasta does not stick

*Once most of the liquid is evaporated and pasta is cooked,

    add in fresh spinach now if you are using it

*Then add in your shredded cheese until melted

*Serve and ENJOY!!!
